Pairing Your BlueAnt

Step 2: Activate Pairing Mode on the S4

Slide the power switch on the side of the S4 to the ON position.
Say BlueAnt Speak To Me and wait for the S4 to ask you to Say A Command, then say Pair Me.

You now need to activate Bluetooth on your phone, and use your phone's Bluetooth menu to search for devices.
